Wistmans Wood

Wistmans Wood is a copse of ancient dwarf oaks in the middle of Dartmoor. Despite some rather baffling articles I have read is it very easy to access and a popular walk for those staying or eating at the nearby Two Bridges Hotel. Although incredibly atmospheric, Wistmans Wood is incredible difficult to photograph in any sort of structured way and so it is a place I have revisited many times, but with often little success. I think this shot best captures this green and mossy world.
