Sastrugi, Beinn Na h-Eaglaise

January of 2018 was an attempt at approaching my early winter hikes in a new way. Rather than camping on the summits we would head up in the darkness before sunrise, spend the day in the mountains, and hike back in the darkness. It proved to be a successful recipe. This image was taken 'on the go' on our way down from Beinn Na h'Eaglaise and as such isnt quite of the quality for a print, but I still love it!
