Most Remote

The Great Wilderness, Scotland

Just beyond the lochans in this image is a spot that many consider to be the most remote in Britain - the furthest point from a constructed road. Of course my photographic interest is in the mountains, and this is a particularly good perspective of Ruadh Stac Mor (appropriately lit red by the setting sun) and A' Mhaighdean with more of the Fisherfield hills in the distance. This image is from my book "The Great Wilderness" and can be found on page 50-51
