Drakensberg Survivors

Its probably not easy making a life at 3500m. This was no more apparent what when stood on this hill in a howling wind (which mercifully dropped off at sunset). Although the views are often spectacular foregrounds are harder to find so I was pleased to come across this alpine scene.
