Passing Blue

nr King Tor and Merrivale, Dartmoor

The clear blue sky overhead leant its colour to the snow on the ground and the slight glow on the horizon indicates the sunrise to come. In the distance you can see King Tor, my destination. I actually stumbled upon this image, something that I rarely do, but in this case the potential of the scene was too great and this ended up being my favourite image from the morning.
