Time-lapse Photography

Bringing the Landscape to Life

Time-Lapse Photography Projects

I have completed a number of personal time-lapse projects as well as commercial projects for businesses including the British Tourist Authority, The National Trust, Dartmoor National Park and the Woodland Trust.

Time-lapse is an engaging medium through which to capture the landscape at its most changable and spectacular. With years of experience, a high level of dedication and an eye for perfection my time-lapse work has been recognised by companies, competitions and the wider public.

uKhahlamba - Drakensberg

The Drakensberg mountains are a UNESCO World Heritage site in South Africa. Referred to by the Zulus as uKhahlamba, The Barrier of Spears, it is host to soaring cliffs, endless pinnacles and the world's second highest waterfall, Tugela.

Tasermiut - Greenland's Wilderness

Tasermiut is a remote fjord in the southern tip of Greenland. In the summer of 2015 I spent 18 days packrafting and hiking around this remarkable landscape. The result is one of the most remote time-lapse films you are likely to see!

Dartmoor Time-lapse

My first project working jointly with photographer Guy Richardson was to capture the national park I had grown up in - Dartmoor. It shows a wide variety of Dartmoor landscapes changing through the seasons.
