Sunrise, Pyramid and Column

The clear air and high altitude of the Drakensberg contribute to incredibly fast sunrises, one of the aspects that makes photography in the Drakensberg a little demanding! Although the sun had only risen a few minutes before this photo was taken, this was the last image from my morning shoot that showed anything resembling golden light!
