This year I will be holding my second photography exhibition in Peter Tavy entitled ′Spectacular Dartmoor′. All of the images are taken within the bounds of the national park, the vast majority within 10 miles of Peter Tavy.
The photos are the result of a great deal of thought and effort. On several occasions I have camped out to get the shot I am after, sometimes in sub-zero temperatures. As a result I have a number of images which are really quite unusual and I hope that the exhibition will like no exhibition before it. The exhibition includes over 40 images of a variety of scenes, from moonset over Brentor, to Peter Tavy Church rising above the mist, to dramatic sunrises over Dartmoor Tors.
Whether you are an art appreciator, a nature lover or a photographer you should find the exhibition to be well worth the trip. Feel free to bring along friends and family.
This will be my last exhibition in the local area, so don′t miss it!
Directions
Peter Tavy lies just outside Tavistock, off the A386. It should be very easy to get to if coming across the moor, from Tavistock or from Okehampton. Signs will be put up around the time of the exhibition to give directions to the village hall itself.
